Find the anomalies. Fix the waste. Cut your bills.
LoadShiftIQ AI analyzes your commercial property's energy consumption and flags the billing errors and inefficiencies you'd never catch manually.
$npm install @loadshiftiq/sdk Spot billing errors commercial owners miss.
15–25% of commercial utility bills contain errors or overcharges. LoadShiftIQ maps your consumption data against weather patterns and peer benchmarks to surface anomalies before you pay.
```bash
curl -X POST https://api.loadshiftiq.ai/v1/anomaly-brief \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $LSIQ_KEY" \
-d '{
"building_id": "bldg_4821",
"period": "last_30d"
}'
# Returns structured anomaly cascade with severity scores
``` Optimal load adjustment without the guesswork.
Commercial HVAC rarely gets tuned properly. LoadShiftIQ reads weather forecasts and historical consumption to generate a load adjustment sequencing brief — no on-site visit required.
```bash
curl -X POST https://api.loadshiftiq.ai/v1/load-sequencing \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $LSIQ_KEY" \
-d '{
"building_id": "bldg_4821",
"optimization_window": "48h"
}'
# Returns prioritized sequencing steps with expected delta
``` First-party consumption data. No manual entry.
Connect directly to your utility's Green Button Connect feed. We handle the ingestion, normalization, and anomaly mapping — you get a ready-to-use brief in minutes.
- Works with 2,100+ US utilities
- Standard IEEE 1628 compliant
- No CSV uploads or spreadsheet gymnastics
Common Questions
How is this different from Nest or Ecobee?
Nest and Ecobee are residential devices. Commercial HVAC systems (Trane, Carrier, Lennox) operate with multiple zones, RTU sequencing, and BAS integration that residential thermostats can't address. LoadShiftIQ analyzes consumption data at the portfolio level and generates actionable briefs — it doesn't replace your HVAC control system, it tells you what to fix and when.
What data do I need to connect?
The easiest path is a Green Button Connect delegation from your utility. This gives us 12–24 months of interval consumption data without any manual export. If your utility doesn't support Green Button, we can ingest data via BACnet/IP, Modbus, or CSV upload. Setup typically takes under an hour.
Does this integrate with my existing BMS?
LoadShiftIQ reads consumption data and produces optimization briefs — it doesn't write to your BMS or control your equipment. You can use the sequencing recommendations to adjust setpoints or scheduling manually, or pass them to your BAS integrator for automated implementation. We surface the insights; you control the execution.
How do you catch billing errors?
Our anomaly engine cross-references your interval consumption against weather data, building metadata (sqft, age, HVAC type), and peer building profiles in your utility territory. If your billed consumption deviates significantly from modeled consumption, we flag it as a potential error with the data needed to dispute it.
How long does implementation take?
Most customers are generating anomaly briefs within 24 hours of signing up. The bottleneck is usually gathering utility credentials — Green Button Connect delegation can take 1–3 business days depending on your utility. We walk you through the delegation process step by step.
